It took quite some time for our pizza to arrive from the kitchen, but it was well worth every bite.
Our salads came out quickly, though, and were well worth the money.
The zucchini fries (one of our dinner mates shared an order) were unbelievably yummy. (Five stars for those!)
We'll be back with a supper club we belong to.
Service? Fast and friendly. -

I had been so excited to come here, but I wasn't coming without the fam, so it took me a while to make my way in. Birra Birra itself is so impressive. They did such a nice job with the big open kitchen. Especially if you make your way upstairs, you'll see how fun it is too look down into where they are making pizza. I love the mix of seating types, especially the long bar upstairs. We used Wait List to book our table, and they got us right in. Our apps, salads and drinks came out right away.
There was a bit of a hiccup when it came time to get pizzas. It took a really long time to get our food. I was about to complain (something I basically never do) when I a manager came over. He told me he'd seen the ticket time and he knew it was taking too long. He comped our food as a result. It went such a long way to making it okay, and it made me such a fan of their restaurant - that they would figure out what was going on and make it right.
Once the pizzas arrived, we loved them. Our kids ate well and so did we. We will definitely be back and I'm sure Birra Birra will become one of our favorite spots. -

I really enjoyed this place. The pizza was delicious. The zucchini fries were amazing. My husband had the meatball sandwich and loved it so much he asked if we could go back the next day to get it. I agree with a previous poster that I think the beers were a little overpriced.
As far as the service and wait time goes, we did not have a problem. Service was great. But we did go at a weird time, like 3pm so the restaurant was not very busy. I personally have a hard time these days going to popular restaurants when they don't take reservations. I wish this place did!
I'll go back for sure. Overall great experience. -

My friend and I wanted a spot where we could catch up with eachother and chill for a bit. Great spot! Beautiful inside and outside. My friend and I ate outside. It was so pleasant sitting on their covered patio with the fountain in the background. We split the Pistachio pizza and each got our own salad. Oh my goodness. The fig vinaigrette on the house salad was amazing. I want it again for dinner. It was reasonably priced I thought for what they gave you. Then the Pistachio Pizza. Again. OMG. Honey, figs, heaven mixed all in. Quality ingredients. Their menu offered New York and Chicago style pizza crust, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and dessert. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great job people. I will be back with my hubby.

Came here again last week with some out of town family and had an experience that was disappointing.
We used waitlist through Yelp and checked in with the hostesses and was told it would be about 10 minutes, which sounded great. That 10 minutes turned to over 60 minutes. Every 15 minutes, we'd check with the hostesses and they'd tell us it would be soon and to just wait for their call. During our 60 minute wait, we saw groups finish dining and leave and would ask if we were next and again we were told it would be "very soon". After an hour, I went back to ask our status and they told us they were ready and took us outside to the patio seating. We had asked for indoor seating but just gave up because of length of time spent waiting. As we walked through Birra Birra, we saw two tables that could accommodate 5 of us (3 adults, 2 kids). My family was so frustrated by their first experience here.
Silver Lining Alert: BiBi's Ice Cream is still amazing and the Chicken Parm is huge. Definitely can be split with 2 or 3 people!
